New family member

Got up early today to see the sunrise and get ready for our furniture delivery........was having my tea when I spotted a baby jackrabbit running around and around in our enclosed front patio! So cute..........he was playing like kids do , jumping up in the air, etc. and then dashed out the iron gate and in two seconds dashed back in! Smart little critter............using our patio for safety. He figured out he could get thru the rails but bigger animals can't. Didn't seem to be afraid of me either............saw me and just kept nosing around. As soon as our dog walking neighbors come by, he's back hiding under plants. Guess I'll hafta keep Mr. Puck Arthur out of the front yard. And no Len............we're NOT having rabbit stew when you come back!
