May 2012 report

Well I changed the name to be able to use the blog now that we fly back and forth to the alternate universes. We have been going back and forth since 2006 and have had many great experiences no mentions in the blog. This year we continued our dance lessons learning advanced two step, waltz, jitterbug, and cha cha. We usually go dancing with our neighbors to one of several saloons, most currently the Outlaw. It is a lot of fun and we always have a good time.
I have been metal detecting for some time and this year found my favorite site being demolished, It was a nearly abandoned  town and hundreds of  coins as the remaining building became vacant and i could detect around them. It is almost gone.
It was hot this year and we used the pool more during the month of April , of course I use the hot tub all the time even when cold. A lot different than the cold in the East universe.
We have a new neighbor moving in, actually building his house, it will not be done before we leave, Very Conservative, should be a good fit.

We had to fend of paving of the sand road, I hope we have saved the atmosphere, we also tried to buy the lot between the two houses to no avail yet. I would really like to get it and reattach it to my lot. Currently it can not be built on due to illegal sub dividing by the owner of the plot.

Peggy has taken many beautiful photos of the desert and the wildlife. We will be heading to the East universe soon to see missed friends from that side of the country. We spent 7 wonderful days in Hawaii to see Vince come home from Afghanistan, he was fine and looking to change his MOS to electronic Warfare. The gave hi a Sargent's quarters at Schofield, really nice Bay. We stayed on the North shore this time. it was different but really nice, very captive to the resort, not much local food or restaurants close.

We had the spiral stairs to the roof installed this year so we can sit on the roof and have an unbelievable view for night and sunsets. It was quiet a project getting it competed by the contractor. We had birthday parties for the Dogs, St Pat's and Derby day. We had Thanksgiving and Easter dinner with our neighbors very nice of them to let us share the holidays.

One good friend is having a difficult time surviving the down turn, lost land, hardly any work moved several times around the city, OBAMA policies. he was an Obama supporter, not now!!!!!!!!. I gained weight of course, good food and drink all the time. United Air finally opened up their dog policy so We can fly home and get my points to sat elite.

It is getting real hot already, it is dry but still hot, will be closing west and opening east, it should not be to bad with the light winter back east.

Work load is down due to slow economy, lack of weather and change of clients positions. I hope to refill when I get back the the East universe. One of my best friends has left his job, I used to get a lot of work from him, then he found new friends and it slacked off , but still was important to me. Now he has left the company and I am not sure if we will work together again, We have worked together for over 15 years, we did 9-11, Katrina, Rita, Ike Gustave,the four at once in FL. We had a great team then and great memories, I miss them.

I have made a few new friends, I got my first large loss in AZ this year and met many potential friends and associates. Played several golf outing and enjoyed every minute of it.. One of my best friends bought a new house in Queen Creek AZ and it has large horse facilities and he has several horses, I rode with his wife one day it was very nice. I lost my horse lease in Marana this year so my riding has been almost non existent. I need to find a new lease when i get back to AZ.

My hair is long and reaches the middle of my back, I wear a pony tail most of the time, I am torn between getting it cut after it took me two years to grow. I like it long but am not sure the clients do.

We have cut back on spending due to the price of gas and the amount of taxes I had to pay this year, I did not save a penny, it is just wrong. I did not even drive to my favorite site for detecting due to the cost of the round trip.. sat and facebbok twiter, read books and worked as needed. BORING....

One of our West universe neighbors is selling due to mortgage problems, They may not be here when we get back, or maybe not, sales are non existiant also. Property when we bought was 195K per acre, now about 35K.
